Does anyone know any easy ways to lower cholesterol? (mostly if it's hereditary), please no medication.?


I'm actually almost underweight. and my cholesterol is 210.

Natural remedies include apple cider vinegar, fish oil, garlic oil, oats and many others that you can find in a web search for "high cholesterol" + "natural remedies".

Each remedy helps a bit and you may perhaps need to take several every day.

Just the usual, diet and exersize. Good Luck!

Try Flora Proactive or Eating foods that are high in fibre like oatmeal and musli.
