I would like to know if avocados are good for me or not as I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure |
and I am also trying to lose some weight. Avacados are extremely great for you! and an added plus is they taste great and have no cholesterol what so ever!!! You can have them in a million different ways! They are so good for you the Australian government has started promoting them in major advertisements!! Avocados are good for you but they have a lot of calories, I wouldn't eat a whole one if your trying to lose weight. Avocados are loaded HDL High density lipoproteins which are the good one for your body. It's LDL that cause the high cholesterol low density lipoproteins. Avocados are good for you, because everything that's in it is natural, nothing fake, or man made. So it''s very good for you, but doesn't mean you should eat 4 a day!! you eat, or drink too much of anything will become bad for you, even water. extremely good for you and non fattening. Avocados are very good for you. There's a salad recipe on this page featuring avocados and blueberries that I recommend! Avocados have good fat.
