My cholesterol. I have a question...? |
I'm 16 years old, female and weigh over 200lbs. I just got back my blood work from my physical and I have a question about my cholesterol results. My regular cholesterol is 183 and my bad cholesterol is 119. Is this good? LDL Cholesterol Level Category Your cholesterol is ok. Under 200 is good. (I weigh 112 lbs and my cholesterol is 321. I don't eat beef or pork but I eat cheese and chocolates sometimes. High cholesterol is genetic- my mother has high cholesterol too) ok but dint take chocolates beef and cheese |
