I'm skinny with really low blood pressure and low cholesterol. Should I still avoid saturated fats? |
I pretty much just eat whatever I want since I could really stand to gain maybe 10-15 lbs. However I'm not into fast food, or things that are not delicious, like meat. I have hypotension and I think it's because I am underweight. Anyway should I try to avoid saturated fats, or can I just continue doing bonghits and plowing my way through pints of rocky road and PBR? (Yay for beer floats!) Well how about a beer float with French vanilla ice cream and Blue Moon?? Still try to avoid saturated fats, just eat more. And your beer floats sound nasty. The brain requires a certain amount of saturated fatty cholesterol for proper functioning. You should still try to eat healthy. |
