I looking for a site that has meal plans & tips for cooking for someone w/ both high cholesterol/diabetes.?

Cook books, meal planning sites....my husband just found out that he has diabetes and his cholesterol is really high....he takes medicine for that. He's in the early stages of diabetes. I tried to search but I didn't find any sites for meal plans for both. Thanks for your time.

When you get there click on Diet in the left hand column and there are all kinds of recipes, tips, etc there for you.

Another really great site is SparkPeople.com. It even has a daily journal that you can use to keep track of recipes, and how you ate every day. You can put in ingredients and it'll do a nutrition count for you, and you can keep track of what you eat daily and it'll give you calories burned with exercise, and your daily nutrition count as well. Very useful site. It has a great message board as well to find folks with the same problems for support.
