What are the recommend actions for total fat intake, trans fat intake, EFA intake and cholesterol intake?

The best way to burn fat is to eat less food and workout more, the issues appear when we actually aim to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations in the big wide world aren't there?! The one method that definitely showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I melted away twenty pounds, it definitely does produce success!

Total fat - 65g for women - 85 for men, but I still think are too high.

Never eat trans fat, and keep it low on the saturated. Try for poly and mono fats. You can get those easily from fish. They are heart healthy fats.

I have no idea what EFA is, and I keep my choesterol low. Most foods I eat don't even have any.
