How to reduce cholesterol with less effort?

She does not have to worry about cholesterol. Cholesterol and satuated fat is healthy for the heart. It's the vegetable oils and sugar you have to limit.

Tell the people who don't eat eggs that they don't want their cholesterol to be low. It's best if it's a little high.
