What is considered a healthy or low amount of cholesterol in one meal or main dish? |
I'm looking for recipes that are low in cholesterol, and I don't know what is considered "good." Is under 50mg good? Under 100mg? According to the American Heart Association, you want less than 300mg of cholesterol a day.. |
