When did the public catch on that DIETARY cholesterol intake has NO EFFECT on blood SERUM cholesterol levels?


What year did the public catch on to this fact?

Since I constantly argue with people concerning that same FACT, evidently they still haven't. I think the main cause of that is because the medical field and media have shoved that fiction down our throat for so long, that they don't want to publicly backtrack because it will make them look like fools.

The same as butter vs. margarine, avoiding eggs, fish is good-no bad-no good-???, etc.....
