I eat chicken ever day, baked or broil. My cholesterol is high, so I don't have a chose. I sure would like s



some other way to fix my chicken without breakin the rules,I have
gotten so I have no problem eating it every day.but would sure like a new way to fix it.I also eat browe rice every day , I get joked at lunch time, because my menu never changes.I always eat cereal
for dinner, so there is no problem there.Always wheat or bran.I hope you can give me some hope, something I can take to work
and get eoo and arr about.thanks for any help you can give. BOOBOO

Eating the same thing every day, even something healthy, is not good for you. Your body required variety in your diet to ensure you get adequate nutrition. See a nutritional consultant or buy a book on nutrition. I recommend looking at www.drweil.com for some ideas on healthy eating. His books have pretty good eating plans, too. sometimes high cholesterol is NOT caused by diet. take the skin off the chicken, otehrwise, not much to do to reduce Cholesterol (as far as the chicken diet is concerned).
you could try to coat your chicken in some of that cereal and bake it. it is really good. works great with corn flakes and it gets really crispy. best to get it to stick to the boneless skinless chicken breast by dipping it in egg -- but lowfat italian or other dressing works.

bake it and you get nice crispy chicken.
Try chicken salad, or grilled chicken cut up and thrown in salad. How about chicken fajitas? Or a chicken wrap?

If you can't control your cholesterol go see your Dr. He could prescribe something for you so you can have some more variety in your diet.
What about slicing the chicken into thin strips, soaking it in satay sauce (mix peanut butter with hot sauce), and then grill it like a Thai meal.
