What is diet control? What is vitamin deficiency? I am not able to eat much fresh fruits because of throught allergy. Can I use vitamin tablets as food suppliments? I am 49 years old. Height 167 cms. weight 59 kgs. I get mouth ulcers very often. Is this because of vitamin deficiency? I smoke. I drink alchohol. But both moderate. Can I get a guide lines for healthy living? Will meditation make any impact on our daily living? What is the best complete food? Is Coconut oil bad? Which is good? Is egg bad? What is about cream milk? actually, you should stop and control having alchohol and smoking habits... the reason you often get mouth ulcer is not because of vitamin idficiency but is because of your gastric problem... do you have gastric problem? i think you should start concern more bout your health here... try having a good supplements like what my grannie is having... Shaklee (ever heard bout this product?) i can tell you that after my grannie have this Shaklee's supplements, her blood pressure is normal, even her cholesterol is also no worry... actually coconut oil is no bad and even egg... to have more information you can email to my_hollium@yahoo.com i'm sorry you are almost 50, that must feel terrible.. STRUTH. wow what alot of problems. Wow didn't your doctor recommend a diet. My suggestion is to see a dietitian and go through all this with them, I think that would be your best bet. Are you in Australia? if so get a referral from your G.P to your local hospital most hospitals have dietitian's on staff. |
