Which do you think is most important to watch for in a diet? Fat, Carbs, Cholesterol, Sugar, Calories, Etc?

You need fat in amounts proportionate to your activity to burn so that you do not burn your carbohydrates and proteins prematurely. Cholesterol should always be minimal. Sugar, or lack thereof, can balance your glucose level. Calories from fat should be watched purely for fuel and normal calories should be maintained for everyday activity for a healthy system.
