You may be iodine deficient and needing some iodine.

B complex vitamin supplements usually help.

As far as I know, there is no cure yet for CFIDS (chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndome). I've had it since 1987 - my story is at http://www.fms-help.com/fatigue.htm

There are many things (meds and supplements) that I have to take every day to remain relatively functional. My personal list is at http://www.fms-help.com/what.htm - but everyone is different.

You can get a lot of info about CFS on my homepage at http://www.fms-help.com - I also write a newsletter several times a month for others with this illness - subscribe at my site.

Also, just want you to know that I hear much more often now from younger people like yourself who have FMS/CFIDS - even children and teens. See http://www.fms-help.com/teens.htm

Anything called a syndrome means they don't know the cause, only the symptoms. In the last 10 years, several agents have been identified as causing CFS, such as Epstein-Barr virus, Clamydia Pnuemonia.
It is also possible you have more than one infection that is suppressing your immune system so your body cannot cure itself.
You will need to find Dr. specializing in infectious disease so you get the right tests and treatment. There are a few Yahoo groups that discuss EBV and CFS-ME that can help you find a local knowledgeable Dr.
