What treatments (alternative or otherwise) have you found most helpful? What books have you read that have informed you about the illness? have a regimen. wake same time, eat same time get regular exercise- brisk walking is best. eat lightly. take frequent short naps 10-15 minutes. drink peppermint tea. avoid alcohol and drugs and cigarettes. and plenty of sunshine or sit by a window when in the house. |
