How do i explain to my husband what chronic fatigue syndrome feels like?

he is not supportive at all. he doesnt seem to understand, or to even WANT to understand. i want to explain what my body feels like to him, how hard it is to do normal stuff. someone please help me put it into words

he is hard on me for not doing things he thinks i should do. he is very hurtful. he just feels that i am lazy. he says 'how ******* hard is it to just do some damn laundry or clean the house?' what do i tell him. how do i explain how hard it is to do everyday things?

Have him sit down with a medical professional who can explain very clearly what you go through every day. Or put him in touch with me. I'd be happy to give him the facts about CFS. Perhaps afterward, he'll have developed some empathy.
