Does any one sufer from chronic fatigue or post viral syndrome? |
if so how long have you had it, and what do you find helps. Hi, I had chronic fatigue syndrome for about three years, it can be nasty at times but it does go away. Fortunately I am back to full health now, and you will find you will appreciate life so much more when it's over I promise. Mike P, Kinohimitsu foot pads look indeed useful as I went through its information on the websites. I think I will also order it for myself and check it. As I also suffered from CFS for 3 and a half years. I recently did "Lightning Process" and I found it very useful as they've trained many cfs, fibromyalgia,PVS and M.E. We know no medication helps us at all but we have to fight it ourselves. I think I will try the pads on top of the lightning process. Ofcourse proper food and mind over matter also contribute. |

As a sufferer of CFS/ME (It's called ME mainly over here in the UK - 2 names, same thing) myself, I can give you an insight into what it's like to live with illness. Some people are sever...
