Can some one explain... simply.. what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is?? |
i would google it or go on wikipedia but when i do i get these big mumbo jumbo answers that i don't understand Put simply - if you are so tired you cannot function you are "Chronically fatigued". Tired does not just mean sleepy it may mean a feeling of exhaustion. If you want to experience the way someone with CFS feels, work out with weights, go swimming, cycling and keep it up until you throw up and cannot even drag yourself home - you are still nowhere near how they feel as you know you will recover soon - someone with CFS may take years before they feel well again. well you have to rule out vita D defiance eat a balanced diet, r/o thyroid issues hypo thyroid is common for CFS, symptoms i have the CFS symptoms but i also have multinodular goiter and hypo thyroid symptoms i take synthroid and vit D and my symptoms are quiet, now stress will wipe me out for a few days where i can't think right i just don't' function well widespread muscle and joint pain, cognitive difficulties, chronic, often severe mental and physical exhaustion http://health.yahoo.com/pain-overview/ch...
