I need to know how to deal w/ my chronic fatigue syndrome?

I feel exhausted for two days and wake up at 2 or so in the morning. Individual vitamins take care of that, but I need additional information because frequently I get totally exhausted. serious answers only please

Have you ever looked into celiac disease? Lots of people have it and it frequently presents with atypical symptoms like fatigue. It might be worth trying a gluten free diet to see if that helps. There are other things that could be causing this, but it is a very common disease and fatigue is a very common symptom and sometimes the only symptom.

Also, have you ever been tested for anemia? Do you drink enough water? Dehydration can cause fatigue. Have you seen a doctor about this? They might be able to run some blood work to see if there is anything off.

Are you female? I had somthing a bit similar, and it was PCOS (polycystic overies). Are your periods normal? What about tyroid? This my sound repetetive, but get checked by your doctor. What you said here is not enough to be dx'd without knowing other things. Are you overweight? That can really lead to it too, even if you are not, but have gained or lost a bit of weight suddenly (within the last few months). I hope that you can be checked.
Also, look at www.webmd.com that can give you an idea, but really this could be so many things....
