Want to lose 10 kilos, need to concentrate on diet more than exercise. I have Chronic fatigue syndrome.?



I am 33 y.o female and I have a small frame weighing 65 kilos. Would like to lose 10 kilos to put me back in the healthy weight range. Up until 3 years ago I was very active doing weights and exercise and have never had a problem with my weight. However since having Chronic fatigue syndrome for 3 years at times I am very inactive and can't rely on consistent exercise to help me lose weight. I just don't really know what to do with my diet as I don't particularly eat a lot but I know I need to decrease what I am eating so that I can lose weight. Some help on diet plans etc..would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. It think it would be worth your while to read about the blood group diet by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. Your blood group says a lot of what you can eat and which foods are benificial to you (lifestyle and diet).

I followed the blood group diet I am a B. and roughly the same size and weight as you. Three years ago I stuck to it strictly for 3 months and lost almost 10 kg I dropped from size 10 to 6/4 (my old size was 4). I Also started exercising, walking (later running) and taking yoga classes which definitely helped to tone my body.
I think if you can take a walk three times a week a good 5 k in your own tempo it will make a difference. Or alternatively take yoga or pilates classes.
