Where can I find a clinical trial that willbe willing to include patients with prior chemotherapy treatments? |
I am currently waiting for surgery after pre-surgical chemotherapy. Anyone here knows anything about this? Any links? cancerbackup? Chances are you would be ineligible for any trial at present as you are in the midst of a course of therapy. There might be a trial looking at a novel drug in an adjuvant or maintenance setting. You can look in the following sites, but beware-- you will likely need to search long and hard. You should be able to limit studies to your disease but may have to wade through a lot that have nothing to do with your current situation. cancerbackup should be able to help. or at the very least your cancer nurse. I have just finished chemo and the chemo ward nurses are a good source of information |
