THey said that they did Clinical Trials and it's FDA approved.?

on Cholestoff and Cholestoff complete

these sound like natural / herbal products. If the FDA approved an herbal remedy then the world will end tomorrow 'nuff said?

If you go to their website, the only link to clinical trials is to a discussion of various foods and their effect on cholesterol, no link to any trial of Cholestoff itself. Diet changes can affect cholesterol and the FDA supports that statement.

Instead of taking Cholestoff, reduce the red meat in your diet, add fish, fruit and veggies, whole grains and soluble fiber like oats, barley, beans.

I take this and I am looking at an unopened package. It states the reduction of 3.7% up to 24%. In order to come up with the numbers they must have something to back it up, I am sure the company sponsored clinical trials. This does not imply the FDA approved anything, my guess is that they did not since this is a supplement. I do believe it is good stuff to take.
