IF by a "trade off" you mean one possible negative thing - when you're taking experimental drugs you are essentially a guina pig, and may actually have negative results. But Doctors are pretty clever and they try very hard to reduce that possibility. Report Abuse

    www.clinicaltrials.gov is the best source. If that didn't work you are kind of out of luck. The information is there, it's just not a search parameter that you can browse by.
