Phase II clinical trials:can you design a protocol based on this fake drug? |
A drug called "shorter cold" has passed animal testing and phase I clinical trial. Design a PHASE II clinical trial to test if "shorter cold" decreases the length of colds in human. How you would design the experiment? # of people, control, double blind, dependent, independent variable, etc. I favor the double blind, placebo, and independent variable methods. Best way to really tell in my opinion. |
