Do you think it is possable to produce generic vaccine without clinical trial? sure but it wouldnt be safe. And nobody would take it. Do you believe in God? Do you believe in heal magic? You can produce it, you just can't sell it (in the US) without proving it "does no harm" -- what an oxymoron -- and have it approved by the FDA (in the US). The best way to prove that is clinical trials. No, without clinical trial, they would never know if the vaccine works. It would be very unwise to make a new vaccine then just trust that it is going to work on everyone. FDA would never approve of something like that. It could kill people if given without testing. Think about it, would you want to take a new vaccine that has never been tested on humans. I wouldn't. Do you think that testing it on dogs actually tells them how it's going to be for humans? Do you know that different people have different immunological response to different microbes? Do you know some African women exposed to HIV never get AIDS? Do you think testing on poor people might work when they have gained natural immunity to various microbes through latent exposure? Huh? *Smiles in a self-satisfied manner* |
