I lifted weights and when i came home my pinky was very cold and my fingurs were sore. What do you think hapen


When i looked at my fingurs small cuts were found on the tips of my right hand. 2 weeks ago i stappeld my pinky and it was sore but it went away.

Sounds like u overdid it at the gym. Rest your hands & use thermal health gloves to improve circulation & provide warmth. If it doesn't improve go c a doctor.

This is veyr normal, when you lifting wieghts, blood curculation to your hands decreases because of the pressure put on your blood vessels in your hands. Therefore, your hands will be cold. If yournot already steadily doing hte same routine over and over, or just tried something a bit harder today, that could be the reason for soreness. Many bars for bench pressing and such have grooves that arent so soft, this could explain the cuts.
