Can we consume tea or cold coffee after chicken? |
I think we can have tea or cold coffee but cannot have hot pure milk. You are welcome to share your experience. You can tell what you think but please mention that you are unsure about it. You should not drink milk (cold or hot) after consuming a concentrated protein because there has been research that proves when you combine the two together, the enzymes collide and neutralize each other therefore leaving the food to rot in your gut. Tea, coffee and hot milk are all OK after chicken. It shouldn't any difference what you eat or when after you eat chicket. It all goes to the same place and mixes together anyway. YOu should be fine. |
