What are some natural remedies for a cold?

Im not going to use sudafed or anything im sick of drugs!! Ive been using a saline nasal spray which is quite good. What else do you use? Is mainly a sinus infection at the moment!

Peppermint Oil. Go to your local drug store, (not Wal Mart) a natural herb store, and buy some peppermint oil.
Rub a tiny drop on your pointer finger, and put a dab underneath each nostril, on the back of your tongue, and behind each ear.
I'm dead serious, everytime I have a cold, my mom pulls out the peppermint oil and I feel so much better.
You can also take a bath in it. Just put about 3 drops in your bath water and soak.
Also, whenever you go to the Herb shop, ask the owner or worker about what's good for a cold. They're really good with that stuff. All of their medicine is natural and not harmful to you.
