How Many Calories can 20oz of ICE COLD water burn? |
I heard that ice cold water can burn calories. Drinking a 16 ounce glass of ice water only burns 17.5 calories. Drinking 64 oz of cold water burns 70 calories. So if you have three 20 ounces of water you will be burning about 70 calories. :) hardly any at all. Cold water shocks your system because its colder then your stomach can handle. So your body has to change the cold water into warmer water. So im guessing it would burn maybe 2-5 calories? water is water no matter what state it is in I've never heard that, sorry! Sounds like an old wives' tale to get people to drink water.... |
