Could Aedes aegypti live and reproduce in a cold country such as Canada?

This is the mosquito spreading dengue fever

Yellow fever mosquito's are mostly found in tropical places, some can be found in southern US.(lower half of Florida). The host for yellow fever are humans and monkeys.
Once a mosquito has passed the yellow fever virus to a human the chances of disease developing is about 5-20%.Infection may be fought off by immune system or may be so mild it may never be identifed.
In humans there are 5 distinct stages which infection evolves periods of incubation,invasion,remission,intoxicati... and convalescence.
Incubation= the amount of time between the introduction of the virus into the host and the development of symptoms 3-60 days during this time no symptoms to the host.
Invasion= last 2-5 days symptoms are=fevers, chills, intense headaces, lower back aces, mucle aces, nausea, extreme exhaustion, the tongue shows white furry coating in the center with aswallen reddened margin. Also a term called *****'s can happen as well , this is where the heart rate slowes down. THE VIRUS IS IN THE BLOOD STREAM !!! so if a mosquito happens to bite it can pass on again.
Rmission= The fever falls symptoms decrease in severity for several hours to several days. In some people this is over in others not so lucky.
Intoxication=Most severe and potentially fatal phase of illness. Last for 3-9 days type of degeneration of organs (kidneys, livers, and heart) occcrs. This is called Jaundice this makes eye white and skin have a yellow color to it. This is due to liver damage and the accumlation of a substance called bilirubin, which is processed by a healthy liver.Liver damage also results in a tendency towards bleeding the vomit that looks black due to blood.
People who survive the intoxication period enter the convalescence with no long term effects related with yellow fever infection Must take some kind of immunity treatments to keep a repeat.
There are NO anit-viraltreatments available to combat the yellow fever virus 5-10 % of cases do die jaundice is the first clue and from bleeding.
There is a VERy safe and effective yellow fever vaccine that exists. About 95% of vaccine recipients acquire long term immunity to this virus.
