Why do my feet get blue and cold? |
my feet get really cold, like ice ice cold, all the time! I'd say you have moderate-extreme bad circulation, i have a very mild case of it, my toes and fingers get cold and sometimes blue, its not really anything to worry about but if it is annoying/disabling you, you should see a doctor. Its a fairly common thing. Good luck! Poor circulation. |
