I feel sick and my feet are cold

But i don't know what to do,i have a fan on but when i turn it off i get hot quickly,but i feel cold too.Can someone please tell me what i should do?

I'm freezing right now. :(

I like to wrap up in a blanket until I sweat my flu out I usually use a couple of blankets and thera flu is good to use. I am sure that is what you have is some type of flu. Hope you feel better. Get Well Soon

Hiya,
What i would do is curl up in bed dont put to many layers are but keep the fan on and keep at a level temperature try eating some toast or plain biscuits and i would ring the out of hours doctor to come and check you over. But in mean time keep your fluids up and your temperature equal.

take your temperature? sounds like you have a fever..if its high take something to bring it down a pain reliever but no aspirin..if its not very high just get you a wet hand cloth and put it on your forhead and add or remove blankets as needed. and ride it out...if you don't get better soon...go to the emergency room cause you just never know...blessing to you hon..

dnt wear to many layers. put socks on.
