How can I stop my nose from running non-stop? I have a cold but don't want to take drugs from the Chemist? Taking care of your diet is the first step, do not drink milk, milk cause mocus on the respiratory system. I know you will think I have lost it But this will work when you go to bed tonight cover both feet in Vick vapor rub then put socks on leave it till in the am don't take them off either.. you don't have to tell people what you did but you will feel so much better and your nose wont be running also put some Vick's under your nose when you go to bed..it will keep it moist and keep it from blistering and being raw... no go on and laugh but it works First of your chemist no longer gives out drugs. That is your pharmacists job. And second off you don't have to go to them for it just take cold Tylenol. you have an allergy! get a plastic mattress cover for your bed...it could be mites... |
