Why do my hands and feet gets cold easily? |
especially if the weather is cold or even just cool. You might just have poor blood circulation. Hands and feet are prone to getting cold because they have more surface area, and the blood can't warm them as well. It's nothing to worry about, though, just make sure to wear gloves in cold weather. You could have Raynaud's disease. I have the same problem its poor circulation to hands and feet even in the summer my tips of my fingers get dead white just like my feet |
