How can I stop this cold? |
This is the fifth cold I've had since January. My symptoms have always been the same: nocturnal coughing, sinus pressure, and sore throat. I've had this cold for ten days, drinking hot tea with honey, taking cough drops, drinking a gallon of water a day, and Sudafed have not worked. Whats wrong? I feel bad for telling you take something so vile, but it made me feel better so I think it will help. Take Zycam. I know, it tastes horrible but it helps. I agree, sounds like you have sinus problems. I have a lot of them myself, start with allergies or a cold and turns into a sinus infection. Cough drops and water arent gonna cut it, you should go to a doctor and get on some antibiotics. you should go to a homeopath my mum is one and whenever i have a clod it starts and stops i havent had a cold since i was 2 and a half. it really does work and you should give it a go or keep warm drink heaps of hot chocolates sleep alot and youll be cold free Either exercise more or sit on a turned on stove element. Sounds a lot like a sinus infection. Those recur a lot too. Go see an ENT and they should be able to help you out. |
