What is the best way to breath while sleeping when you have a cold? |
i tend to want to breath warmer air by breathing under the covers or my head in a pillow to cut down the harshness of the cold air on my sore throat I hate that too. I always have trouble breathing when I have a cold. Cold air does tend to hurt your throat. Try a hot water bottle or turn a heater on in the room. elevate ur upper body with pillow to help u to expand ur lung better, tilt ur chin a little bit to open up ur airway. |
