Im 32 weeks prego and I caught a really bad cold. What types of medicine are ok for pregnant women to take?

I called the hospital once (for a headache) and asked if it was ok to take Ibuprofen. and they said JUST tylenol. so is that all i can take for a cold?

Tylenol Cold and Flu is okay to take.
