Does anyone have any good tips for getting rid of that awful voice we always seen to get when were trying to get over a cold. I went for 2 days without hardly been able to speak at all because my throat hurt so much and now I don't want to talk because I sound horrible! Please help. A good way to get rid of an after-cold crackly voice is to get a hot cup of tea with honey and take a medicine cold Airborne you can find it at your local drug store or any grocery store, it makes your sickness go away faster and it skips steps and waves that you go through when your sick drink hot water and buy sum tunes and go to the doctor i strained my voice 5 years ago and it took me 5 years to see a doctor but it will never get better because i left it to late ! My mother always gave me warm (not hot) green tea with honey. It soothes your throat very well. I have 3 cups a day when I have a seriously sore throat. It's one of the Japanese family secrets :) drink a cup of hot tea - sweetened with honey... add lemon. Also... take a couple of tylonol for the soreness. also pineapple juice works for me, works as NSAIDS |
