How can I get rid of a cold and sorethroat and husky voice quickly? |
PLEASE! honey and lemon and plenty of rest. slice up a full lemon and pour on boiling hot water add in a teaspoon of honey and mix up well, wait for it to cool down enough to drink. try this 3 times a day From one singer to another: You can always try to gargle with salt water. But I discovered a tea that really helps me a lot when I am having problems with my throat. It is called sore throat tea. It has something in it that will coat your throat and help relieve some of the discomfort. It isn't very expensive and could be worth a try. i have a cold and i dont like it :( what i just done is get some eucalyptus oil and put 20 drops of it in steaming water then inhale it through your nose, also put a few drops on a hanky or whatever, BTW don't drink it coz it poisonous!! good luck (: Right, this might sound REALLY REALLY REALLY stupid, but Semen is actually a cure for sore throats? The semen has something in it with lubricates your throat and makes it cool and smooth. I wouldnt do that though LOL, but eh :) Practice & do pranayama & mediate for like 30-60 mins. All the illness will back off. get a Humidifier if you don't already have one. get Vick's vapor rub. gargle warm salt water and get throat spray/ and suck on cough drops. sore throat sweets you can get them from anywhere and lockets are good aswell dont, make a fortune doing rod stewart or bonnie tyler i know this is gunna sound minging but it dose work try gargling with salt water |
