Do you feel sick of your stomach when you have a cold or a sore throat? |
When I get a sore throat due to cold or flu I usually end up vomiting at night I think is due to the post nasal drip. Is this common or normal? Is like I am so disgusted that I end up trowing up. I only know one more person that this happens to. This happens to me when I have throat irritation and then I go to sleep and wake up to throw up it does not matter if I take something or not . yes, the drainage when you lay down makes you gag then you end up threoing up... it has happened to me... you need something like sudafed to dry that up and it should stop. When I have sinus congestion and it's in my throat, it often makes me nauseous - I think because I'm swallowing all that "junk" and it messes my stomach up! I really think this is pretty common, as I know several people (in my own family and otherwise) who complain of this problem. If you clear the sinus situation up, the stomach will usually feel better too. I get it from post nasal drip, but not because it disgusts me. The mucus in your stomach irritates it. Try to avoid sniffling and just blow your nose constantly instead. yes i do. it is pretty common and normal. try taking some medicine to dry up your sinuses. that'll help. oh yea |
