How do I get rid of a head cold/ regularish cold? |
When I wake up in the morning my throat feels like sandpaper and my nose is completely stuffed and my head feels huge and stuffy. oh I have a lot of mucus too. It's clear. drink TONS of water From your description it sounds like you have allergies. Does this happen at a certain time of the year, like fall? I suggest going to the doctor to find out if it is indeed a cold, or just allergies which you can be treated for to relieve the symptoms. |
