What do you do to help feel better while suffering from a cold? |
I have one now, and just passed it on to hubby. I have been taking it easy, sleeping whenever I can, drinking lots of OJ, took my vitamins and EmergenC. Then my Scottish uncle came and told me I just needed a nip of whiskey, help me rest and burn the bug out of me....lol. Take that advice from your Uncle. it's a old school remedy. Stay indoors and just relax try sipping some hot tea too. You are doing the right things, there are so many remedies that you can do just be careful. I would keep it simple and safe.I hope you get well soon, take care. stay fully clothed, wear socks and a hat, sounds crazy but it works, also i take vitamin c pilss that are slightly high % than ur emergencee drink. and drink tea. |
