Cold, clammy feet that are purple?

OK, so A LOT of the time, my feet are red. This is when I am active and my feet are kinda cold, but they are red. Then, if I'm just sitting at home or at school, my feet and legs turn this hideous purple color, and my legs are purple and red (kinda speckled). The only time my feet look normal is if I'm outside on a hot day or if I'm taking a hot bath.

Im only 13, my family HAS had a history of heart problems, my GMA had a stroke a few months back, and my 45 YO dad had a 6 bypass last may.

Also, my legs sometimes feel like there is a stabbing pain but then it goes away.

Please, help, its embarrasing!

I get the same thing. It drives me crazy because my feet and legs get so cold that they start aching when I'm not moving. I've been diagnosed with both Raynaud's phenomenon and livedo reticularis. Both happen on being exposed to the cooler temperatures and are usually harmless. I'm including links with pictures so you can see if it looks anything like what you have. You should mention it to your doctor when you next see them for a check-up, but I wouldn't stress out about it. Hope this helps!

i think you better see a Chiropractor, but you might want to see a doctor too.

I would definitely go to a doctor- that does not sound good.
