Why are my hands cold and purple most of the time? |
My hands are cold most of the time and you can see my veins because they're bright purple... People always ask me: "Why are your hands purple?" and look at me weird or even make fun of me for it. It could easily be bad circulation, if you never ever work out your heart might just have a hard time keeping up. Do aerobic excersises for a week or two and see if it goes away. well if they r cold that means they are purple from being cold not form loss of circulation. if it was loss of circulation your hands would feel numb. so i would suggest you try to keep your hands warmer.
