I'm always tired...and cold...? |
Well i sleep around 11:00ish and wake up around 7. In the morning i'm so tired it's nearly impossible to get out of bed and then i end being tired and not concentrating in class.I get dizzy,i get aches all over my body and i thinks its because of my tiredness.Im 14 btw.Please help any tips? My bottom eyelids are pale... you could be anaemic by the sounds of it, go see a doctor I'm 13 and the same exact things happen to me all the time. If you get up in the morning, it's good to take a really hot, steamy shower, or a cold one. It will wake you up. Eat a good breakfast, too. Go to bed earlier of course, lol. I go to bed around 9:00 and wake up at 5:00 and I'm ok sometimes. you might be anemic, have a look at your bottom eyelids, if they are very pale then i suggest you try eating more iron, such as spinach, red meat etc. Sounds like you could be anemic - very normal for a young girl - have you started your period yet? If so, that's probably what it is. You need to increase your iron intake a little bit. Not too much, because too much iron can cause other problems. Talk to your mother, I'm sure she can help. You could be anaemic so go to the doc for a blood test. Also are you eating enough calories, you should be eating about 2000 calories a day. You are very young to be having problems with your thyroid gland but these are the symptoms. Please go and see your doctor because it would be serious to ignore it. Go see a doctor. |
