Can you put abreva on a cold sore that is inside of you mouth? |
it is on my lower lip right where the gum is. sorry it is a canker sore. didnt know the difference You sure it's not a canker sore? When you look at it does it look white? If the label says meant for external use or something like that then don't put it in your mouth. A cold sore inside your mouth is a canker sore.
