Can you put abreva on a cold sore that is inside of you mouth?

it is on my lower lip right where the gum is.

You sure it's not a canker sore? When you look at it does it look white?

If it's a canker sore you can gargle hydrogen peroxide and put some oragel on it.

If it's a cold sore, I wouldn't put abreva on the inside of your mouth. Instead I think you should leave it be and avoid talking as much as possible to give it time to heal without your lip moving a lot.

If the label says meant for external use or something like that then don't put it in your mouth.

A cold sore inside your mouth is a canker sore. The only way to get rid of them is to wait and not irritate it with something crunchy like chips, or acidic like juice.
