How do you strengthen your immune system so i won't get colds?

You can boost your immune system by using good health principles but even if you do everything right, it will not guarantee you wont get colds.
1)Sleep, get 7-8 hours of quality sleep
2)Stress, learn meditation and do what you can to avoid stress
3) Happy love life with s e x 3 or more times a week if you are of age
4) fresh air and sunshine, at least one hour a day
5) healthy environment, away from air pollution and cigarette smoke and molds and dust
6) friends who you like to be around and who support you
7) diet
foods Pumpkin, sweet potato, spinach, red peppers, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, tomato, papaya, egg, blueberries, apricot, persimmons, cod liver oil and flax seeds and black seeds, wheat germ, bran, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, all nuts, banana, brown rice, rosehip, black currant, strawberry, salmon, lean chicken, soy, wheat germ, wholegrains, almonds, cashew, sesame seeds, wild rice, turkey.

Eat a healthy balanced diet icluding all the food groups and incorporating a wide variety of fruit and vegetables.
get plenty of sleep and exercise and avoid crowded stuffy places and airconditioned places where possibleto avioid viruses

Vitamin C, garlic, acidophiles...
