What is the best cleaner to get rid of germs that cause colds and flu?

Clorox, used in a weak solution to clean the kitchen, door handles, etc. Do not use it on fabrics of course.

Wash you hands with soap and warm water. Carry an alcohol based hand cleaner with you so you can use this if you can wash your hands or have to open doors after you have washed your hands.
i keep lysol spray and clorox wipes to spray kids toys, etc. and the wipes to use for door knobs, toilets and counters. seems to work for me
