What's the difference between vitamins and medicines? can vitamin c cure colds?

Vitamins are substances the body uses naturally in day to day chemical reactions. Medicines affect a change and generally are not naturally occuring.. Vitamin C doesnt cure anything except for vitamin C deficiency. a lack of Vitamin C will affect your ability to heal and your skins ability to maintain cohesion.
technicly no but drinking orange juice and a warm shower often with warm soup cure a cold i dont care what any one says.
no it cant but vitamin c helps build your immune system which helps fight off colds and can keep u from getting sick in the future.
No. Colds will be cured naturally as long as you drink plenty of water and rest. Medicine can only alleviate the cold symtoms like sore throat.
