What is that vaccination that you can take before winter and Autumn to stop you from getting colds and flus?


I heard this one time from a friend but I don't know what it's called. does anyone know?

It's called the flu vaccine. And it doesn't prevent you from getting colds. There is no cold vaccine.
I believe you are asking about the influenza vaccination.
It sounds like the flu vaccine. Flu season is October to March so it is best to get your vaccine in late September or early October. The best way to prevent colds is good hand washing.
