Cold toes that feel hot or hot toes that feel cold.. serious..? |
i have neurophaty.. and my doctor has prescribed lyrica it seems to be working pretty well.. i was in EXTREAM pain..it had been going on since before christmas.. is there a cure for it? mine had gotten so bad that it started effecting my upper arms.. i couldn't even lift a glass to drink from.. any web sites would be helpful.. insight from people that have it... thanks in advance kerri kelley I am so sorry to hear of your condition. I am assuming you have diabetic neuropathy, and sorry, but there is no cure. Are you looking for something to decrease your pain? Your doc should have given you a prescription for pain pills. I don't know how serious your case is, so I can't say to start exercising, even though if you had done this and had a better diet, it might have helped your situation to not be as bad now, so I am not sure if doing exercise now could help, but it might be able to from what I have learned, anyways. Why don't you ask your doctor "if you started working out more, if it would help your condition" Now I know this would cause more pain, but if you do it long enough I am pretty sure you could develop some collateral circulation which should help a little. Bless you dear, I wish you the best. could be diabetes. You should check with your doctor. I really hope you don't have it. LUV pam |
